RGB specialises in high-end residential work across the Northern Beaches and North Shore, from the councils and approvals through to the coastal conditions that shape how these homes are built. We purposely take on a focused number of projects at any one time. It keeps Richard hands-on across every build as both lead builder and site manager, so clients deal directly with the person running their project and decisions are made quickly and clearly.
"I have so many good things to say about Rich. Apart from being incredibly personable, he is communicative (keeps you informed of the schedule at all times), knowledgeable (really knows his stuff), reliable (does what he says he's going to do), thorough (completes the job to a high standard), a born problem solver (shows persistence until the problem is solved), and well connected to others (he has a large network of associated and professional tradies to call upon).
Most importantly, he really puts his heart and soul into the biggest or smallest of jobs. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rich to anyone needing a top-notch builder on the Northern Beaches."
