About RGB Building

RGB purposely takes on a focused number of projects at any one time. It's a deliberate choice, and it keeps Richard hands-on across every build as both the lead builder and the on-site manager. You deal directly with the person running your project, so decisions are made quickly and clearly from planning through to handover.

We work with a select group of trusted trades, consultants and suppliers we return to project after project. That consistency shows up in the finish, in how well the site is run, and in the standard held across every job.

Client Reviews

"It has been a delight to work with Richard over the last four years. Richard was the lead builder and on-site manager for many of my projects, including Adelaide St and Illalong Ave, both at Balgowlah Heights. These projects were delivered on time, on budget, and finished to a standard of quality that I demand as an architect.

Richard's attitude, commitment and willingness to provide a quality outcome for all stakeholders are some of the reasons we built a successful relationship during our time together. I look forward to watching his business thrive and have no hesitation in recommending him."
