Deepwater Rd involved the alteration of an existing 1980s-style home, with the original layout made up of separate boxed rooms including the formal dining, kitchen and lounge. The project focused on opening up the home, improving flow and creating a stronger connection between the indoor living areas and outdoor spaces.
Works included demolition, a new design, new kitchen, new appliances and new flooring, along with the removal of the centre wall between the dining and kitchen areas. Two smaller sliding doors were replaced with large sliding doors supported by a new 7 metre beam, bringing the indoor and outdoor spaces together.
