Illalong Ave involved the construction of a substantial five-bedroom family home in Balgowlah Heights, built in masonry, structural steel and lightweight construction with extensive glazing and natural timber finishes. Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the living areas to the landscaped gardens and surrounding bushland.
The home is finished in natural stone, timber and polished concrete, with bespoke joinery and a designer kitchen featuring integrated appliances, a large island bench and butler's pantry. Outdoor areas include a covered alfresco terrace, landscaped gardens and a heated in-ground pool.
